James Adatia, experienced Hove Osteopath

Hove Osteopath James Adatia

Brighton and Hove Osteopath James Adatia offers a committed, friendly and professional service, aimed at helping you getting back to optimum health as soon as possible.

James has been practising in the Brighton and Hove area since qualifying in 1998 from the European School of Osteopathy, one of the UK’s leading osteopathic colleges, and is registered with the GOsC (General Osteopathic Council.) This statutory body regulates the training and professional activities of all osteopaths in the UK.

Relatively long treatment sessions allows for an unhurried considered approach to patients with a style of Osteopathy that combines the benefits of:

  • Spinal manipulation
  • Soft tissue manipulation
  • Cranial Osteopathy
  • Western Medical Acupuncture

With Osteopathy he can treat the underlying cause of your back, neck or shoulder pain, hip pain, tension headache (and various other conditions) by correcting imbalances in the body and addressing other factors such as posture and occupational strains.

James works at Natural Balance Therapies on Mondays (14.00-19.00) & Thursdays (14.00-19.30) and other adhoc times by appointment.
